Support a child

Our commitments

  • We never publish a child's name alongside their mother's case. Photographs used on this website and in our reports are taken at Foundation events with consent, and we prefer images that do not identify individual children.
  • Transcripts are private records. Report cards uploaded to the Scholar Portal are stored outside the public website, are never served to anyone who is not the scholar or an authorised administrator, and every access is logged.
  • We collect only what we need. Applications ask for the information required to assess a child's situation and contact their guardian, and nothing further.
  • Access is limited and recorded. Administrative actions, such as reviewing a transcript, changing a scholar's standing or releasing assistance, are written to an audit log that cannot be edited from the dashboard.
  • Everyone with contact is oriented. Staff and volunteers who work directly with beneficiaries receive safeguarding orientation before doing so.

Personal data

Kidfinity and Beyond Foundation, Inc. processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Personal data submitted through this website is used to assess applications for support, administer the scholarship programme, respond to enquiries, and meet the Foundation's reporting obligations.

Data subjects may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Secretariat. Some records, such as those supporting a disbursement of funds, may need to be retained for a period to satisfy audit requirements.

Raising a concern

If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child connected with the Foundation, or about the conduct of anyone acting on its behalf, contact the Secretariat at kidfinityandbeyond@gmail.com. Concerns are treated confidentially and escalated to the Board.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police, the local barangay or the Department of Social Welfare and Development without delay.
