The Foundation presented its vision, its four programmes and its terms of assistance to identified beneficiaries, and signed agreement contracts with participating mothers.

Commencement and opening remarks

The Kidfinity and Beyond Foundation, Inc. conducted a comprehensive briefing and in-depth orientation for its identified beneficiaries, mothers who are Persons Deprived of Liberty and their children, at the Makati City Jail on 19 July 2026. The event began at 9:00 AM with attendance checking in the facility hallway, and formally commenced at 9:30 AM with a prayer led by Mr. Daryl A. Balderas.

Senior Jail Officer IV Jennelyn R. Aguirre, speaking on behalf of Jail Senior Inspector Roselyn B. Rivera, welcomed the Foundation’s staff and beneficiaries and expressed the full support of the Makati City Jail for the Foundation’s philanthropic goals.

Meeting the Founder

Mr. Joselito D. Villamor Jr. introduced the Founder, Ms. Athalia V. Suarez. A video presentation was played in which she extended her greetings, gratitude and an inspiring message to the beneficiaries. In her message, Ms. Suarez said, “We see you, we understand you, and we love you!”, words that deeply touched the mothers and their children.

Programme presentation and agreement signing

The Foundation’s vision, mission and programmes were presented in detail. Mr. Jeffrey P. Jumarang of the Board of Directors explained the programmes intended for child beneficiaries, the KIDS Programme and the YAKAP Programme. Mr. James Bryan Z. Tena elaborated on the programmes designed for incarcerated mothers, SINULID ng Pag-asa and LAYA.

Mr. Balderas then discussed the Foundation’s aspirations and the terms and conditions of assistance with the beneficiaries. Mr. Joel Ranuda was introduced as the Foundation’s social worker and facilitated the signing of agreement contracts with the participating mothers.

Closing remarks and community lunch

Mr. Villamor Jr. delivered the closing remarks, thanking the beneficiaries and the personnel of the Makati City Jail. The programme concluded with a community lunch and was completed at 1:00 PM.
